For Leadership & Operations Roles

I lead from the front — and build what lasts.

I'm the person presenting to the room, training the team, and running the event. And then I'm the one who documents the process so it scales. I bring the energy and the infrastructure — strategic plans, training programs, budget frameworks, and systems that work long after I've handed them off.

Resilience Under Pressure

"Shortly after the pandemic shut down the University in 2020, two of my colleagues went on maternity leave. In their absence, I was entrusted to serve as Interim Student Employment Coordinator, oversee directorial responsibilities, and maintain my day-to-day tasks. I processed 300+ contracts, managed monthly timesheets, and executed COVID-19 safety training for all student employees."

— from my application for Director of Special Events

That was the hardest season higher education has faced, and I came out of it with a promotion. I pivoted events to virtual formats, kept student engagement going, and held things together when the team was half its normal size.
