Why I Do This Work
The students I serve become the people I cheer for.
This photo is from a birthday my students surprised me with. The relationships I build aren't a side effect of my work — they are my work. Every resume I've reviewed, every event I've planned, every orientation I've led was an investment in someone's future. That's the part I never want to lose.
