What I've Done
Individual Career Coaching
Assisted students and alumni in building and revising professional development materials: cover letters, resumes, personal statements, letters of recommendation, application-specific questions, mock interviews, major/career exploration, and graduate school preparation.
I've built 28+ resumes for students and colleagues, each one tailored to the person sitting across from me — their story, their strengths, the specific job they were going after.
AU PRO Signature Series
University-wide Professional Development Program
Managed and presented a 6-workshop professional development series required for all undergraduate students as part of Anderson University's Quality Enhancement Plan (QEP). Workshops covered written communication, resume building, communication strategies, online image, interviewing, and networking.
- Trained and supported 15 faculty Academic Liaisons across departments
- Managed $22,500 annual budget for Discipline Specific Events
- Oversaw 52 events in one year, reaching 1,651 students and 284 employers
- Pre/post assessment showed 13-point improvement in student knowledge
Etiquette Dinner Series
Original Program — Created and Presented
Designed and delivered a multi-course formal dining experience that teaches students professional etiquette — from place settings and conversation skills to dress code and alcohol navigation. Co-hosted with AU Athletics. First presented in 2019, invited back for Fall 2024, Spring 2025, and Spring 2026.
Life After Sports
Original Program — Created and Presented 8 Times
Created an annual four-part series specifically designed to equip student athletes to thrive as young professionals after graduation. Addressed the unique transition challenges athletes face when their identity shifts from the field to the workforce. Partnered with AU Athletics to deliver professional development directly to teams.
Employer Relations & Partnerships
Built and maintained relationships with local, national, and international employers to connect students with career opportunities across all majors. Managed the Handshake career platform, vetting employers and facilitating recruitment.

- Oversaw weekly Job Highlight Email to entire student body
